Air Source Heat Pump Boiler

Air source heat pump boiler uses renewable energy in the air to heat and cool hot water and provide heating. Heat pump systems can not only help you reduce energy costs but also reduce your carbon footprint.


Due to the efficient design of the heat pump, the heat pump can generate heat even when the outdoor temperature is as low as -15°C. 75% of the heat of the heat pump comes from outdoor air. This will greatly reduce your electricity bill.


In addition to providing warmth in the cold months, the Air source heat pump can also be used as a cooling system in summer. Using an air source heat pump cooling system will help you enjoy a comfortable temperature at home throughout the year.


The working principle of air source heat pump boiler:

1. The device absorbs heat from the air and converts it into liquid refrigerant

2. This fluid becomes a gas in the process

3. The pump uses electricity to compress this gas and heat it up

4. The heat will be transferred to your home heating system-your radiator, floor heating or warm air convector and hot water

5. As the heat transfers, the gas condenses back to the liquid, and the cycle begins again


Air Source Heat Pump Features:
1). Reliability and excellent performance of world-renowned scroll compressors
2). Efficient and environmentally friendly R134A, R417A or R407C refrigerant, no ozone depletion
3). Intelligent control: microprocessor-based digital controller with LCD display
4). Adjustable water temperature: 25℃-60℃. There is no potential risk of polluting drinking water
5). Blue hydrophilic aluminum fin, anti-corrosion, durable, low maintenance
6). Multiple protections to protect the compressor and heat exchanger
7). Internally threaded copper pipe, higher efficiency
8). Four-way valve ensures reliable defrosting function
9). Alco or Danfoss thermal expansion valve, to more accurately control pressure and temperature to ensure fatigue resistance, thereby prolonging the service life.
10) Safety: Water and electricity are completely isolated, no potential hazards such as flammability, gas poisoning, explosion, fire, electric shock, etc. are associated with other heating systems
