Air to Water Heat Pump Hot Water

The air to water heat pump can provide hot water at home or office. It has excellent performance and environmental benefits. The air to water heat pump hot water is very energy-efficient, which greatly reduces electricity and carbon emissions.


The air to water heat pump uses safe and efficient CO2 as a refrigerant. Compared with other products that use standard refrigerants, it is a natural gas, which is harmless to the environment and does not produce harmful ecological effects.


The air to water heat pump can provide a constant hot water supply from 60°C to 90°C. The heat pump can maintain full load at low ambient temperatures. It can produce high temperature hot water of 90°C at -20°C.


Working principle of Air to Water Heat Pump:

1. The evaporator extracts renewable energy from the air by forcing liquid to be converted into gas.

2. The compressor compresses CO2 gas, thereby increasing its temperature.

3. The condenser exchanges the heat in the CO2 gas to the heating system to restore the gas to a liquid state.

4. The expansion valve reduces the pressure of the refrigerant CO2, which initiates evaporation and the cycle restarts.


Air to Water Heat Pump Features:
1. Microprocessor-based digital controller with LCD display
2. Hot water temperature setting: 30-60°C There is no potential risk of contaminating drinking water
3. High-efficiency rotary compressor ensures quiet operation
4. R134A or R410A refrigerant without CFC, does not destroy the ozone layer
5. Energy saving, operating cost is only 1/3 of traditional electric water heater
6. The four-way valve ensures reliable defrosting function
7. Easy to install: easy installation by plumber or electrician, no need for professional refrigeration engineer
8. Simple operation: operate like a simple household appliance
9. Alco or Danfoss thermal expansion valve, to more accurately control pressure and temperature to ensure fatigue resistance, thereby prolonging the service life.
10. Safety: water and electricity are completely isolated, no potential hazards such as flammability, gas poisoning, explosion, fire, electric shock, etc. are associated with other heating systems
