3. Liner
The inner tank is the most critical component of the water tank. At present, the inner tanks on the market mainly include stainless steel inner tanks, enamel inner tanks, and special steel inner tanks.
Special steel liner: It is composed of pressure-bearing layer and leak-proof layer, with separate design. The pressure-bearing layer is made of cold-rolled steel sheet. The leak-proof layer is made of crystal coating (special synthetic polymer material). After high-temperature treatment and steel-crystal integration process, the entire inner tank surface and opening are integrated into one piece, without any solder joints or welding. Seam, super anti-corrosion, prevent water leakage.
Stainless steel inner tank: welded by stainless steel. 4. Coil
First of all, look at whether the coil is good or not. The best coil currently on the market is the oxygen-free copper pipe produced by Hailiang Group. Secondly, it is the outer coil or the inner coil. The inner coil is better than the outer coil, because the copper pipe is placed in the water tank and directly contacts the water, the heating efficiency is higher, the heating time is greatly saved, and the power is saved. The copper pipe is coiled outside the water tank, and the copper pipe needs to heat the water tank first. The heat preservation layer, reheating the water, reduces the heating efficiency and consumes electricity, which violates our purpose of buying air source to save energy and electricity. There is a fatal problem with the copper pipe coil outside the water tank. The copper pipe must first heat the heat preservation layer. The insulation layer will re-foam when exposed to high temperature and high pressure for a long time, and the inner bladder will burst easily. 5. Water tank capacity selection
The capacity selection mainly considers factors such as household population and hot water consumption.
