Leomon Technology underfloor heating heat pump has gradually become a new way of heating

Today Leomon Technology recommends a new way of heating in winter-Leomon Technology underfloor heating heat pump. The underfloor heating heat pump is also called air source heat pump floor heating. The operating principle is the same as that of air source water heaters. The refrigerant absorbs the heat energy in the air, which is compressed by the compressor and converted into high temperature heat energy to heat the water, so that the hot water is in a dedicated pipeline. The internal circulation flows, heating the ground decoration layer, and achieves heating purposes through ground radiation and convection heat transfer. From the current point of view, there are mainly two traditional installation and laying methods.


1. Underfloor heating heat pump Wet paving method One is the wet paving method, which is a relatively mature installation process for plumbing floor heating at present, and the price is not very expensive. Most floor heating uses this installation method. Bury the underfloor heating pipes with concrete, and then pave the ground, tiles and other ground materials on the concrete layer. This layer of concrete not only protects and fixes the plumbing pipes, but is also the main channel for heat transfer. The concrete layer can distribute the heat evenly, reducing local overheating or overcooling. After laying the pipeline, cement filling is required. The installation height is generally 70-80mm, which has good heat storage and low construction cost.


2. Underfloor heating heat pump dry paving method The second method is dry paving method. The dry paving method uses a special plastic template to jam the pipe in the bulge of the template, which is very convenient for laying. The floor is directly laid on the plastic template, and the hot water transfers heat to the floor through the air and the template, and then the floor heats the air. This method directly embeds the pipe in a special laying abrasive tool, no filling layer is required, simple installation, fast heat dissipation, and the installation height is generally 30-35mm, but the price is more expensive. The underfloor heating heat pump is very energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and the use effect is also good. It is very comfortable and is being adopted by more and more families.


3. Summary of the function of underfloor heating heat pump The above two are more traditional laying methods, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, but in general, a relatively large-scale renovation of the floor is required. Nowadays, many air source heat pump manufacturers have introduced underfloor heating heat pumps that do not need to lay underfloor heating pipes. In addition, this product can also be used with air source heating heat pumps, NJStar, variable frequency speed hot air source air conditioners, air source water heaters, and even gas wall-hung boilers. The heat exchange effect is better when the water supply is below 30°C. Traditional floor heating is good. The warm air blown from the bottom can also achieve floor heating-like effects. It can also achieve the function of providing domestic hot water at the same time, which is very convenient.
