The water tank of the air source heat pump hot water system is overflowing. How to deal with this failure?
There are two main reasons for the overflow of the water tank of the air source heat pump hot water system. One is the failure of the pipeline; the other is the failure of the electronic control system. The method of judgment is as follows:1. The water still overflows even when the host is powered off. The reasons and treatment methods are:
①Check that the manual water supply valve is in the open state, and then check whether there is a floating ball in the water tank, and whether the floating ball is stuck in the open state.
②Check whether the water pressure is too large. If the voltage is too large, the solenoid valve spring cannot return the diaphragm normally and cannot seal the water.
③Next, check whether there is any debris stuck in the diaphragm of the water replenishment solenoid valve, which cannot seal the water, or the valve core is stuck due to scale after being automatically lifted up, and it cannot return normally after power failure.
④In addition, if the water tank overflows due to the continuous water inflow from the return water port, then it may be that the return water solenoid valve diaphragm has debris stuck and cannot seal the water, or the valve core cannot be automatically returned to its place when it is automatically lifted (because of scale The reason is stuck and cannot be returned after power failure), and because the indoor hot and cold water is connected or the mixing valve spool is broken, the cold water is stringed into the hot water pipe and enters the water tank from the return pipe, thus forming an overflow phenomenon.
The water supply solenoid valve and the return water solenoid valve must be equipped with a Y-type filter at the water inlet, otherwise it is easy to cause scale or foreign matter to get stuck on the diaphragm of the solenoid valve, causing the water tank to overflow.
There is another special situation for the overflow of the water tank. The water does not come in from the cold water inlet, but continuously enters the water tank from the return pipe, and the temperature of the return water never rises. This situation may be due to the cold and hot indoors. The water pipe is connected or the spool of a mixing valve in the room is broken, causing cold water to flee into the hot water pipe and enter the water tank from the return pipe, thereby causing an overflow phenomenon. The characteristic is that when the water tank overflows, the water inlet of the water tank is the return pipe.
For example, in a tourist attraction, a hotel with more than 50 rooms, the tourist season is more obvious, the occupancy rate can reach 100% during the peak season, and the low season (winter) is often less than 10%, so it is equipped with 8 tons Water consumption. In the off-season, the user felt that the power consumption was too high, so they turned off the air source heat pump water heater, and installed an electric water heater in the room. When the summer peak season, it appeared that some rooms had hot water, while some did not have hot water. Under the circumstances, the water tank also overflowed. Finally, it was found that the cold water leaked into the hot water pipe through the electric water heater. Since the power of the electric water heater was not turned on during the peak season, cold water was stored in it. After it ran into the hot water pipe, it entered the water tank, causing the water tank to overflow continuously. The final solution is to turn off the air energy water heater during the off-season, and turn off all the water inlet and outlet valves of the electric water heater during the peak season.
2 There is no water overflow when the main engine is powered off, and the power overflows. The reasons and treatment methods are as follows:
①In most cases, it is caused by scale formation on the middle and high water level terminals of the water level line, or the connection line of the middle and high water level is disconnected, resulting in the wrong water level. Originally the water in the water tank was full, but the signal given was that the water tank was short of water. The main board and liquid level relay had been in the state of supplying power to the solenoid valve, and the water tank was constantly refilling, causing an overflow state.
②There is another kind of cold water that is connected to the hot and cold water in the room or the valve core of the mixing valve is broken, causing the cold water to string into the hot water pipe and enter the return pipe, resulting in a low return water temperature, and the return water solenoid valve automatically opens, thus causing an overflow phenomenon.
