    Description

    The Cold Climate Heat Pump (CCHP) is the latest development in efficient air source heat pump design. Thanks to the inverter or variable speed drive compressor design, these heat pumps achieve high efficiency even in winter.

     

    CCHP operates at nearly 400% efficiency at 47°F or higher. When the temperature drops to zero, the CCHP will maintain about 200% efficiency. This means that CCHP provides two to four units of thermal energy for every unit of energy consumed. CCHPs are highly efficient, capable of providing up to 90% of space heating needs with an overall seasonal efficiency of 250%.

     

    Just like other heat pumps, CCHP doubles as a cooling system in summer.

     

    Cold Climate Heat Pump (CCHP) Features:

     

    1. High efficiency and energy saving

    The air source heat pump can freely absorb the heat energy in the air, and the electric energy is only used to drive the compressor to remove the heat in the air. Therefore, it only consumes a quarter of the traditional electric heater, saving users a lot of electricity bills.

     

    2. Green and environmental protection

    Using air thermal energy and electricity, the heat pump does not emit harmful gases during operation.

     

    3. Available 24/7

    All-weather operation: stable operation, not affected by any wind, rain and snow.

     

    4. Durable

    Copeland compressors feature Enhanced Steam Injection (EVI) technology with crankcase heaters for use in special cold regions, and heat pump brand components such as Danfoss electronic expansion valves, Eaton AC contactors and thermal relays guarantee high quality and long life. All our screws and clips (external and internal) are stainless steel. The cabinets we use are made of galvanized steel, making them more rust-resistant, durable and affordable.

     

    5. Multiple protections

    For example, if the system water flow is insufficient, the system will display high pressure protection and automatically stop the heat pump to protect the compressor from damage. There is also high current protection: if the power supply is unstable, the heat pump will display a high current error, stop the heat pump, and avoid damage to the compressor.

    Water and electricity are completely isolated to avoid electric shock, explosion and poisoning; LCD digital controller runs automatically
