How to Install Air Source Heat Pump for Aquaculture
The installation of air source heat pump aquaculture constant temperature system requires a series of steps and precautions to ensure the efficient operation and long-term stability of the system. The following is a detailed installation guide:
1. Host installation
First, install the bracket, measure the height and hole distance, and draw the mark. Use an electric drill to drill holes, install the bracket into the fixing hole, adjust the two brackets to the same horizontal plane, and tighten the nuts.
Ensure that there is good ventilation distance around the heat pump, and avoid installing it in places with oil fume pollution or dust.
The air source heat pump should be placed on a flat and solid ground, ensuring that the inclination angle is less than 30°, and the host is installed horizontally with an inclination of no more than 1°.
2. Water tank installation
The water tank should be as close as possible to the water point and the location of the air source heat pump to reduce heat loss in the pipeline. If separation is required, the outlet of the water supply pipe of the heating water tank should be higher than the highest liquid level of the hot water storage tank to ensure that all water can be discharged into the hot water storage tank.
Install the water tank drain pipe and the base expansion bolts to ensure that the water tank is firmly fixed on a plane with sufficient bearing capacity.
3. Pipeline connection
The pipe connection between the air source heat pump and the water tank must be kept within 5 meters. When connecting, use a hot melter to weld the lower circulation pipe in sequence from the lower circulation port of the water tank, and then connect the upper circulation pipe.
Install a Y-type filter on the water inlet pipe to prevent impurities from entering the pipe and causing blockage.
Ensure that the discharge port of the pressure relief valve is downward and remains connected to the atmosphere without any blockage.
4. Insulation measures
The air source heat pump inlet pipe must be well insulated to prevent heat loss and the formation of condensed water.
The system supply and return water pipes should be flexibly connected to the inlet and outlet of the heat pump to enhance the stability and durability of the equipment.
5. Debugging and trial operation
After installation, the air source heat pump is debugged, inspected before use, cleaned, and treated with anti-corrosion and insulation.
1) Heat pump installation
* Heat pump is firmly fixed, vibration reduction measures are appropriate
* Heat pump components, fluorine circuit, water circuit pipelines are intact, no refrigerant leakage
* Good ventilation on the return air side and the air outlet side
* Drainage outlet is unobstructed and unblocked
2) Water system installation
* Pipeline connection is firm and leak-proof, and pipeline insulation, anti-corrosion and anti-rust measures are perfect
* All valves are complete and easy to operate
* All components are complete and installed in the correct direction, such as: filter, water flow switch, water pressure gauge, thermometer, solenoid valve, water pump, etc.
* Water tank is firmly installed and insulation measures are perfect
3) Electrical connection
* Power supply wiring, wiring, and grounding are correct, and the power supply standard is consistent with the heat pump power supply standard. All kinds of temperature sensors, external loads, etc. are correctly wired
* Leakage protection device wiring and wiring are correct
* Wire controller connection is correct Strong and weak current are wired separately, without mutual interference
Run the air source heat pump and test run for 30 minutes, clean the filter until the filter is free of dirt.
6. Safety and maintenance
Ensure that all metal parts are rust-proofed and comply with relevant national standards.
Install a safety grounding wire to ensure safe use of electricity.
Inspect and maintain the equipment regularly, especially open the bottom drain valve during winter shutdown to prevent freezing.
The above steps can ensure the correct installation and efficient operation of the aquaculture air source heat pump system.
