Air Source Heat Pump New Build

For our new factory in China, we want our customers to benefit from lower carbon emissions, lower heating costs and more efficient homes now, rather than waiting until all new homes have to adopt these new technologies. I'm sure many of you are aware that the government has announced in the past 12 months that gas boilers will be banned from all new homes, citing environmental reasons while also helping to make energy more affordable for end users.

We took this action immediately and decided to implement the use of air source heat pumps in all of our newly built homes to give our customers the peace of mind that while they are helping the planet, they will save money on their heating bills as well.

This is a relatively simple system that in principle absorbs heat from the outside ambient air and releases it into the building as underfloor heating. All of our new homes have underfloor heating on the ground floor and water radiators upstairs. Combined with the maximum thermal performance of our built homes, it's an efficient, economical way to heat your new home and a truly great way to be carbon neutral. As a forward-thinking business, we believe heat pump is the best way to heat and hot water new homes, so we are committed to rolling it out to all of our new home sites in the future.
