What should be Paid Attention to when the Air Source Heat Pump Heats the Radiator?

When the air source heat pump heats the radiator, the following points should be paid attention to:

 

1. Exhaust and anti-blocking

During the heating process of the air source heat pump, air may accumulate in the heating pipe, resulting in a decrease in the flow of hot water, which will affect the heating effect of the radiator. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly open the exhaust valve on the radiator to exhaust air to prevent air blockage.

 

2. Avoid covering and shielding

Do not cover the radiator with clothes or other debris, as this will affect the conduction, convection and radiation of heat, thereby reducing the heating effect. In addition, the covering may also accumulate dust and affect the indoor air quality.

 

3. Control the indoor temperature

Just keep the indoor temperature within a comfortable range. Generally, the room temperature of the bedroom and living room should be kept above 18°C, which meets the national heating standards. Too high a temperature not only wastes energy, but may also cause discomfort to the body.

 

4. Prevent private water discharge

The water in the heating system cannot be discharged at will. Private water discharge will cause serious water shortage in the heating pipes, which will affect the normal heating of the entire community.

 

5. Anti-freeze measures

In areas with freezing risks, anti-freeze measures should be taken to ensure the normal operation of the air source heat pump system in a low temperature environment.

 

6. Equipment installation and maintenance

Ensure that the installation location of the air source heat pump is well ventilated to avoid short circuit of the air inlet and outlet and excessive local negative pressure. Regularly check and maintain the heat pump to ensure its normal operation.

 

7. Safety protection

In the electrical system, the distribution line should be equipped with short-circuit protection, overload protection and other measures, and the air source heat pump, water pump, fan and other equipment should be protected against phase-to-phase short circuit and ground fault.

 

Through the above measures, the effect of air source heat pump heating radiator can be effectively improved to ensure indoor warmth and comfort.
